Clients are assured that information provided by
or collected from clients is collected lawfully and will be dealt with in
the strictest confidence in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
No information will be given to any other party unless specifically authorised
by the client.
We never send unsolicited e-mail and we will only send you information about
our products and services if requested to do so.
The CV will be based upon information provided by you and we cannot accept
responsibility for any false or inaccurate information supplied.
We will always endeavour to provide a first draft within seven working days.
We will always endeavour to provide Express Service customers with a first
draft within two working days.
Extra
charges may be incurred for any amendments made after a draft has been approved
by you.
Refunds will be made within any period prior to the despatch of the client's
first draft.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Any information given to Exclusive CVs at the time of ordering will only
be that entirely necessary and relevant in order for Exclusive CVs to complete
a client's order.
If you have any concerns about privacy matters in relation to your agreement
with Exclusive CVs or any complaints please contact
us. We always endeavour to respond to all queries or complaints within
five working days.
